My after school actions were similar to those of the previous day. (See my previous post. Here's the link: http://katiiyeliancekroger.blogspot.com/2009/04/current-and-not-so-current.html). The only difference I would say is I stretched more, and I let pain consume me. Before cooling down a little, I was hot, sweaty, stinky(sorry if you think that's TMI), sore, in pain, hurting, and thinking about how tired and in pain I was.
Now, I am reduced to only feeling sore, especially my abs. OWWW!!!! They hurt so much!!!! But at least they got a good work out. I have been doing so well with getting a fun dose of physical activity. I'm so proud of myself!
Every move that I make that involves my stomach (which is practically every movement), is induced with pain. Ouch! I wonder how sore I will be tomorrow. . . . VERY!!!!!!
